Meet the Chef
Chef Kristi Mashae
Chef Kristi Mashae is the owner and executive chef of Mashae’s Catering.
Her passion for cooking began as a young girl spending summer evenings
with her uncle in the kitchen, and the rest was history. She has been
cooking now for over twenty years and her love for food and the culinary
arts grows every day. For the past several years, she has been cooking for
some of the toughest critics in the world: her five children. Kristi is a gradute of the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Austin, Texas where she has expanded her culinary knowledge by earning an Associate’s Degree in
Culinary Arts. As a self-proclaimed foodie, she loves exploring new and
exciting cultures through the table. Kristi opened Mashae’s in 2017 to
showcase her bold and intriguing styles and flavors, and hopes you enjoy
her food as much as she enjoys making it.
